Original acrylic and ink painting ‘Torii Gate at Itsukushima’ on cut paper, finished within a 25 x 25 cm black boxed frame.

Description

‘Torii Gate at Itsukushima’ original acrylic and ink painting on cut paper. Presented in a 25 x 25cm black box frame. Itsukushima-jinja (厳島神社) is a Shinto shrine on the island of Itsukushima, best known for its “floating” torii gate. It is in the city of Hatsukaichi in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. The shrine complex is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This Instagram series posted for #artistsupportpledge, offers work for sale up to £200. Once I reach £1000 in sales I pledge to buy for £200 from another artist taking part. A lovely concept to help support artists after most of the 2020 exhibitions, open studios and other selling events have been cancelled.

Gift wrapping is available if you would like to send this item as a present. The packing receipt/price will be removed. A tag with a personal message can also be included. I use my own original designs for wrapping paper which you can also buy in packs for use at home.
